Why do I need to complete the form?
At Tech Lab, it is important we manage the flow of groups through our busy facility. Whether you’re planning a team tour, workshop, or a special event, this form helps us coordinate and prevent scheduling conflicts with other commitments, ongoing events, or industry research activities.
How do I request a tour?
Please take a moment to fill out our Internal Tour and Event Request Form. Your responses will provide us with essential details to review your request, tailor your experience and avoid any clashes.
How are the tour requests reviewed?
All tour requests are reviewed internally by the Tech Lab Business Manager and escalated based on attendance needs. Due to the busy nature of the facility, security policies, and commercial sensitivities, we must prioritise requests based on availability and the nature of the proposed visit.
Approval is subject to these considerations, and while we strive to accommodate all requests, we appreciate your understanding that not all submissions may be approved.
